UPawsion's Hassle-Free Warranty: At UPawsion, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products. That's why we offer a straightforward warranty process designed to give you peace of mind. This limited warranty is an assurance of our commitment to quality, but rest assured, it doesn't affect any statutory rights or warranties you may have by law. Simplified and hassle-free, because we believe in making pet care enjoyable and worry-free.

At UPawsion, we're committed to ensuring a seamless experience for you, even when it comes to warranty claims. Here's how you can set the ball rolling:

  1. Double-check that your item is within its warranty period. Remember, every detail counts!

  2. Gather your proof of purchase. This can be your order number or even a screenshot of your order - just something that shows you've purchased from us.

  3. Hold on to your item, and please don't discard it. We know it might be tempting, but we'll need it in its current condition for the next steps.

  4. Reach out to our customer support team. We're here to assist you, with the warmth and dedication that exemplifies our brand. You can drop us a line at support@upawsion.com, or have a chat with our live-chat agent.

  5. Once we receive your request, our customer support team will take you through the next steps to file a warranty claim or initiate a product return. Just follow our instructions – we're here to guide you every step of the way.

Remember, your journey with UPawsion doesn't end at purchase, and we're here to ensure you and your pet continue to enjoy our products with complete peace of mind.


UPawsion's Warranty Promise:

1. 14-Day Full Refund Policy: If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days to return it for a full refund. Remember to return it in its original condition, with the packaging intact, along with all accessories, user manual, and quick start guide.

2. 30-Day 'One-for-One' Exchange: Within 30 days of purchase, if you encounter any issues, we're here to help. We'll exchange the product on a one-for-one basis to ensure you're back on track with your pet care routine as swiftly as possible.

3. 12-Month Maintenance Warranty: We provide a 12-month maintenance warranty for our Smart Feeders, Smart Fountains, and Smart Cat Litter Boxes. Any accessories needed for repairs under this warranty are on us. Note: delivery fees to and from UPawsion for maintenance service are not covered.


Please note, for non-quality related returns, shipping costs are borne by the pet owner, and UPawsion refunds the cost of the product itself. If your product doesn't meet the above return requirements, we're unable to process your return request. We also can't process non-quality related refund requests beyond the 14-day window.


Please note, all warranties are void in cases of damage caused by human factors.

Our Smart Feeders, Smart Fountains, and Smart Cat Litter Boxes are the only products covered under the 12-month maintenance warranty. For all other products, this clause doesn't apply.

Covered by This Warranty

For UPawsion products purchased from authorised retailers listed on the official website, if performance failure occurs during the warranty period under proper use, you can contact UPawsion customer support to get warranty service.

Not Covered by This Warranty

  • Normal wear and tear, including parts that might wear out over time
    (e.g. batteries, feeder rotor, desiccant bag, fountain filters, etc.).

  • Products purchased from unauthorised distributors and retailers.

  • Products without proof of purchase
    (the order number or screenshot of the order).

  • Used product sold by any seller

  • Products that have expired their warranty period.

  • Free products (such as giveaways).

  • Damages or defects caused by service or repair of the product performed by an unauthorised service provider or by anyone other than UPawsion.

  • Damages or defects caused by accident, abuse, misuse, or improper maintenance, including but not limited to animal bites, natural disaster, transportation, or putting the product into a dishwasher without following the instructions in the user manual.

  • Damages or defects exceeding the cost of the product.

  • Damages caused by connecting to peripheral devices, additional equipment or accessories other than those recommended in the user manual.

  • Warranty on an item that we have provided warranty service follows the warranty period of this original defective item. We cannot provide maintain service for items that have expired their original warranty.

Warranty Benefits

During the warranty period and subject to this warranty policy, UPawsion will provide one of the following solutions to your problem, including:

  • Fully or partially refund based on the actual situation.

  • Maintain any defects in material or workmanship.

  • Replace with another product of equal value.

Special Note

  • UPawsion reserves the right to determine if the product is defective.

  • If you return the product before contacting the UPawsion customer support team and confirming if the product is returnable, we cannot process your refund request.

  • For products purchased directly from an authorised retailer other than the UPawsion official website, such as Lazada and Shopee, the UPawsion customer support team will only provide maintain service. Contact the above mentioned platform for return and refund service.
